Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Snowlike Studio, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to ski and snowboard lessons, training sessions, simulator sessions, and lesson packages purchased from Snowlike Studio.
Cancellations 6 Hours or More Before Your Session
If you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled session, you may:
- receive a full refund, or
- reschedule your session for another available date and time.
Cancellations Less Than 6 Hours Before Your Session
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, Snowlike Studio may allow a session to be rescheduled at our discretion. Approval of a rescheduling request is not guaranteed.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
For customers using a lesson package, the missed session may be deducted from the package.
Ski & Snowboard Lesson Packages
Lesson and training packages are valid from the date of purchase as follows: 4-session packages are valid for 2 months, and 8-session packages are valid for 3 months.
Requests for a refund of unused sessions in a package must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If part of the package has already been used, completed sessions will be recalculated at the regular single-session price before any remaining refund amount is determined.
Unused sessions are not refundable after the applicable refund period and cannot be used after the package expiration date.
Online Booking
Ski and snowboard lessons and training sessions may be booked online through Snowlike Studio’s scheduling system.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected service, date, time, and participant information before completing a booking.
The same cancellation, refund, no-show, and package rules described above apply to online bookings.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Snowlike Studio must cancel a scheduled session, you may choose to:
- reschedule the session at no additional charge, or
- receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
