Before participating in ski or snowboard lessons and training at Snowlike Studio, each participant must have a completed and signed liability release form on file.
For participants under 18 years of age, the form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Adult participants should complete and sign the adult liability release form.
You may download the appropriate form below, complete it in advance, and bring the signed copy with you to your first session. This can help make check-in faster and easier when you arrive at the studio.
