Program Overview: Our program is designed for children in grades 1 through 4/5 (up to 11 years old) and offers a diverse range of activities that cater to their academic and personal development needs. Here’s what your child will experience at Snowlike Studio:

Daily Schedule in our After School Programs for Kids:

• Pick-up and Arrival:
  • We provide transportation from your child’s school to our studio, ensuring a safe and comfortable transition from the school day to the after-school program. All children arrive at our studio by 3:30 PM.
• Snack*, Rest, and Emotional Intelligence Discussions (3:30 PM - 4:00 PM):
  • After a busy school day, children can relax and enjoy a healthy snack. We dedicate this time to fostering emotional intelligence through guided discussions that help children express their feelings, develop empathy, and build stronger relationships.
  • Snack* - Breakfast is optional. Catering is provided by a licensed company. Price for a week - $45. If you do not wish to use catering, it is recommended that you have provided something for your child to eat.
• Homework Assistance and Lesson Preparation (4:00 PM - 5:30 PM):
  • Our experienced tutors assist children with their homework and help them prepare for upcoming lessons. This ensures that they stay on top of their academic responsibilities and reduce the burden of homework at home.
• Enrichment Activities (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM):
  • On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, children will explore their creative side through art classes, where they will learn various techniques and create their own artwork.
  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer entrepreneurship and financial literacy workshops, introducing children to basic concepts of money management and business skills through engaging activities. 
• Reading Time and Healthy Snack* (6:00 PM - 6:20 PM):
  • Reading is essential for cognitive development. We incorporate a 20-minute reading session accompanied by a small, healthy snack like fruit to keep children energized and engaged. 
  • Healthy Snack* is optional. It is part of the catering. If you do not wish to use catering, we recommend that you provide your child with fruit for breakfast.
• Book Discussions and Communication Skills Development (6:20 PM - 7:00 PM):
  • Children participate in book discussions, helping them improve their comprehension and public speaking skills. They also engage in communication exercises to enhance their ability to express themselves clearly and confidently.
• Optional 15-Minute Ski/Snowboard Lessons:
  • Our unique program includes an exciting opportunity for children to learn skiing or snowboarding on our state-of-the-art simulators. They can opt-in for weekly 15-minute sessions, which are tailored for both beginners and advanced students. These lessons are available for an additional fee of $20 per week.
  • Each 15-minute session is equivalent to approximately 4 runs on a real, medium-length ski slope, giving children a realistic and engaging experience in a controlled environment.
