Will I be able to learn how to ski/snowboard with you?
Absolutely! Our indoor ski and snowboard lessons are designed for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills. With our experienced instructors and advanced simulators, you'll receive personalized guidance to help you progress confidently and safely.
How long will it take me to learn? How many lessons will I need?
The time it takes to learn depends on your starting point, fitness level, and dedication. Many beginners feel comfortable after 4–8 lessons, while others may need more practice to perfect their technique. Our team will assess your progress and tailor the lessons to your needs, ensuring steady improvement at your own pace.
When should I arrive for the ski or snowboard lessons?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson time to complete the waiver. Late arrivals will have an abbreviated lesson.
Do I bring my own gear for the ski or snowboard lessons?
We have all the equipment you need at no extra cost. Bring your own boots and helmet if you have them. Ski or bike helmets are acceptable.
What should I wear for the ski or snowboard lessons?
Please bring a pair of long socks and wear lightweight long pants and a long sleeve t-shirt. We recommend that you wear something comfortable and loose fitting.

What is the minimum age for skiing and snowboarding lessons?
The minimum age is 3 years old.
Do I need to have any experience in skiing or snowboarding to start?
No, our lessons are suitable for beginners.
What types of simulators do you use?
We use a rotating carpet ski/snowboard simulator for beginners and a rail-based ski/snowboard simulator for for intermediate and advanced.
Can adults also sign up for lessons?
Yes, we offer lessons for all ages, including adults.
How long does a lesson last?
For 1 person
The lesson includes:
The total session length is 60 minutes, with 10-15 minutes built in for warming up, putting on ski boots, and getting onto the simulator.
You will then spend 30 minutes on the simulator itself with a 5 minute break in the middle.
At the end of your session, you will have about 10 minutes to take off the boots, stretch, change clothes, etc.
For 2 people
IMPORTANT - you must both train in one sport - skiing or snowboarding!
The lesson includes:
The total duration of the session is about 90 minutes, with 10-15 minutes reserved for warming up, putting on snowboard boots and boarding the simulator.
You will then each spend 30 minutes on the simulator itself, alternating between 15 minutes and 5 minutes total time for the exchange. At the end of your session you will have about 10 minutes to remove your boots, stretch, change etc.
What does the first lesson for beginners include?
Your first lesson is designed to build a strong foundation. It includes:
- An introduction to the equipment and proper use of the ski or snowboard simulator.
- Basic techniques such as balance, posture, and how to stop safely.
- Guidance on developing confidence on the slopes with hands-on coaching from our experienced instructors.

How many students can participate in a lesson?

How far in advance should I book a lesson?
You can purchase a lesson at least 24 hours before your desired time. However, to have more time slots available to choose from, we recommend booking further in advance.
